Eating Psychology

The missing ingredient

Dynamic eating psychology – combining nutrition and psychology – is for the vast number of us who face daily challenges with weight, body image, overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, and so on.

Dynamic eating psychology is an approach originated by Marc David at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating that understands nutrition alone isn’t sufficient in helping us address our battles with weight and food.

Most of us know what we should be eating for optimal weight, energy and nutrition – but the majority of us find it difficult to stick to diets, we’re still overweight, lacking in energy and generally feeling below par.

Stress less and lighten up!

It’s an unfortunate fact of life for the majority of us, stress makes us fat.  When our body is in fight-flight mode, physiological changes happen in our bodies – one of which is weight gain.  Eating psychology and mind body nutrition can help control and then reverse this.

The goal of mind body nutrition and dynamic eating psychology is to help you relax around eating, which leads to more optimal metabolism, digestion, calorie-burning and health.

Take control of your stress before it takes control of you

Dynamic eating psychology and mind body nutrition use strategies and techniques to help relax the mind and body.  This modern and effective approach to eating psychology gets you to where you want to be in life, in a way that’s sustainable and long-lasting.

It’s not just about losing weight

  • Weight gain
